The process consists of following steps; detection of vacant positions, reviewing the applications, selecting candidates, interviewing the candidates, announcing the results, and hiring.
The first interview is based on the candidate’s education, experience, qualifications and requirements of the vacant position. Candidates past the first interview are invited to the second one where the relevant department’s manager have an interview with the candidate about his/her technical and theoretical back ground, in detail. Then, we offer an employment contract for the related position. CVs of all candidates are stored in the candidate database for future vacant positions.
